Can we book our wedding now?

Yes, pricing starts at $10,000 per night and there are only 18 dates available.

Where does the bride get ready?

With multiple options, most choose to get ready in the top floor master room of the lodge with the best view. Groomsmen can get ready downstairs in the lodge, or in more remote and private accommodations.

Are there pictures of the wedding tent and grounds?

We are currently under construction to be completed by April 1st. Check back soon. Renderings available upon request.

How long can we stay on the property?

Weddings may include a full weekend of accommodations, or single day events, with full use of the property.

What does access to the property look like?

There is a long winding driveway up the mountain with several switchbacks, and requires some mountain driving skill. Guests must reserve a shuttle for ceremony, but parking is available for the bridal party and overnight guests. No drinking and driving allowed, cars may remain overnight on the property.

Is Eagle Ridge Lodge available for both indoor and outdoor weddings?

Our wedding ceremonies are held outside, immediately adjacent to our reception tent. In inclement weather we can move the ceremony into the reception area. We can accommodate rain or shine.

What is the maximum capacity for an outdoor wedding at Eagle Ridge Lodge?

Our outdoor space can accommodate up to 100 guests, and can sleep 8 couples plus the wedding party. Unlimited camping available for other guests.

Do you offer other wedding services?

We do not offer in-house wedding services but we have a list of preferred vendors that we highly recommend including a helicopter pilot.

Is this property ADA accessible?

Yes, The lodge has wheelchair access, wide doors, and roll in shower. The grounds are rough terrain, but there are smooth paths between most places.

Is the property and buildings eco-friendly or "green" certified?

Our lodge has an EPA Energy Star rating and is powered by solar. We require onsite recycling and use of earth friendly consumables. All vendors are required to adhere to our sustainability policies.
